Mobility policy

Poclain Hydraulics provides its staff with regular training within their professions with 50,000 hours of training attended each year, i.e. an average of 25 hours per year per person.

Our in-house training center, Poclain Hydraulics Training Center (PHTC), ensures the deployment of knowledge modules on our technologies during training sessions which are lead by expert technical trainers.
